At twenty-eight years old, Elder Robert L. Wagner, also known by many as SE7EN, is a successful stepper, mime, poet, musician, teacher/preacher and actor . Now hes ready for the next stage of his multi-faceted career adding stand up comedy, and music producer to his list of talents. A Fort Worth, Texas native, many claim that SE7EN began performing while yet in his mother's womb. His father and mother adequately named him, namely Robert, which means bright, or shining with fame. Robert could be found at an early age bringing light to people's lives through humor, smiling, or simply being in the room. Shortly after, while in the fourth grade He picked up the violin and became an instant success. Being invited yearly to the all city mass production. By the sixth grade, Robert joined the Glencrest Middle School band playing the trumpet. Immediately, He was placed at first chair and continued good success. Also, while at Glencrest Robert found his on stage presence, by starring in the play Buffalo Soldiers (a remake of the movie Glory). It was there when his mother got a revelatory understanding that he was created more than just their family. She believed that he would be a gift and an asset to the world. Continuing in his musical training, Robert continued to amaze people with his musical advancement and it was the classroom where he developed his comedy training. By the end of his high school tenure, Robert had become a highly acclaimed stepper, dancer, mime, comedian, actor (starring in plays and a movie), musician, leader, and personality. Robert L. Wagner headed for the University of North Texas and landed gigs at various venues. Roberts powerful stage presence has captivated more than just pint-sized audiences. While he enjoyed tremendous success, Robert continued to believe that there was more. He believed that He was created for more than just Dallas/Fort Worth. While in college, He was reading the 4th chapter of Hebrews and landed upon the sixteenth verse reading, "let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and to find grace to help us in our time of need." While reading this passage the word PHATBOY came to mind. Robert believed that God had given him a revelation, purposely humbling at the throne because of Yahweh, and Robert "ran with the vision." PHATBOY began to host various black history programs, praise rallies, concerts, conferences, and praise parties. Robert believed that every talent needs a stage. Therefore, he has committed himself to providing stages, or platforms, for people to discover, develop, and deploy their talents. Serving as Chief Executive Officer, P.H.A.T.B.O.Y. has enjoyed tremendous success with its productions, groups, and ministry efforts.
