Top Gospel Albums— Mary Mary's The Sound spend their third week atop the Billboard's Top Gospel Albums charts. In addition, the album sits at #4 on the Top Christian & Gospel Charts, #10 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Charts, and #41 on the Top 200 Charts. Souled Out, the latest release from Hezekiah Walker & LFC debuts at the #2 position. The album also debuted at #5 on the Top Christian & Gospel Charts and #55 on the Top 200 Charts. Kurt Carr & the Kurt Carr Singers take the #3 position for the week with Just The Beginning. Kierra Sheard's new release Bold Right Life takes the #3 position for the week. The newest effort from Bishop Paul S. Morton and the FGBCF Mass Choir titled Cry Your Last Tear retains the #4 position, while Thirsty from Marvin Sapp rounds out the week's top five albums.

In the world of radio, "I Trust You" from James Fortune & FIYA spends its 13th consecutive week as the top song in Gospel radio. Jason Champion's "Always" holds to the #2 spot, "Get Up" from Mary Mary with taking the #3 position. Troy Sneed & The Bonafide Praisers' "Work It Out" takes the #4 position while "Cover Me" from 21:03 featuring Fred Hammond, J. Moss, and Smokie Norful completes the week's top 5 songs. (Nov 17, 2008)
