Who am I, can be answered by knowing me. To some I am crazy, to some I am on Fire, to others weird, but to those that know me I am Samuel. I am not completely the man that God is making me to be, but none the less I am still striving to be. I AM A SERVANT OF GOD!!! I love Jesus with all my heart. And I must confess...I think of Him ALL the time! So every few minutes, if I say, "God is good." or "Thank You Jesus!” Don’t think I am just talking, I am declaring something that is important to me. While in church you might see me as a serious, no none-sense, devoted, dedicated deacon, pastor’s armorbarer, praiser and worshiper. All of that is true! When it comes to God I AM VERY SERIOUS!!! But outside of church you will still find me to be a man after God's own heart, a praiser, a worshiper, a joker, and so much more. I love to talk about Christ! I walk in His Word and will preach, teach, sing or rap to get His Word to the world. Some may fault me because they don't agree with holy hip-hop and say it's of the devil. But the Word of God tells me that GOD CREATED ALL THINGS (Colossians 1:15-20). The devil has never once invented or created one thing, he has only twisted the use of things. So, I stand and fight this fight of faith with the weapons that I got, and if one of my weapons is producing beats with words that reach a generation that’s lost, then why knock it? The beats are not borrowed or bought, they are my own, cause it is a gyft I GOT! The words are spirit and they are life, because they are the Words of MY Christ! As some may see I am different from what you first perceived me to be; I am who Christ is making me to be! I use the gyft of holy hip-hop to minister to the youth, through an outreach ministry God gave me. The "About Christ Ministries", our theme is..."We're youth, Doing what we do for Jesus Christ!!!" The Lord has had His Hand on this ministry and has for about 4 months now allowed me to bring anywhere from 2 to 12 kids to church almost every week. There have been only 2 weeks that they could not come! Three of them have been baptized in JESUS CHRIST"S NAME! Much of what they have learned has been through the gyft of holy hip-hop. We free-style, make beats, or listen to others that have been gyfted to rap. All the GLORY GOES TO GOD!!! Because with out Him NONE of this could have ever happened!!! The devil has been fighting against us, but as it is said in the book of Acts…“And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God. And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.” (Acts 5:38-40.) I am NOT REBELIOUS...but I AM DEFIANT. I WILL GO AGAINST ANYTHING THAT IS CONTRARY TO THE WORD OF GOD!!! I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TEACH THE TRUE WORD OF GOD TO THIS DYING WORLD!!! By any means necessary!!! I become all things to win souls to Christ!!! I am that I am because of the "Great...I AM!!!" Remember this...That who we are on the inside will be seen on the outside. NOW…Who are you?
